Having had an extremely busy 2013 we are happy to announce that in the past 10 months we have taken on three new team members helping us to continue offering our customers our best possible customer service.
On 8th November 2013 Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd entered 3 teams into the Geberit Challenge in Coventry. Joining several other teams from all over the UK they faced:
The Installation Wall a skilled based challenge with the team tasked with a tricky installation.
The Mepla Man which was a fast paced install to create the legendary Geberit Mepla Man.
And finally the Knowledge Test designed to test the team’s professional knowledge.
Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd are excited to report for the first year since we began entering in 2011 two of our teams brought back the Bronze and Silver medals! On behalf of all the staff here we would like to say a very well done to Craig Lipscombe, David Jones, Greg Fisher, Graham Rumble, Scott Heirene & Stuart Rumble for all of your efforts in the Challenge!
On 20th October 2013 the team at Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd were treated to a day out with Drift Limits at Bovingdon Airfield, Hemel Hempstead to try our hand at Drifting the Mazda MX5! Most of the team were taught by the experienced drivers how to do doughnuts, J-turns and handbrake turns. For those of the team without licenses they were treated to laps out with the professional drivers in the BMW M3’s!
Once the tutorials had finished it was time for the guys to put together all of their newly learnt skills and head of to the track and complete several laps. Unknown to the team the professionals had been keeping score of their progress throughout the day and when the laps were completed it was announced the drifter of the day was… Stuart Rumble! And as a prize of his driving skills he was taken out as a passenger in the Aerial Atom!

Advanced Maintenance Supporting Childrens Cancer Charity - CLIC Sargent
CLIC Seargant are a UK based charity looking after children and young people with cancer. They provide a wide range of care and services for the patient and their family which provides some much needed support when it is needed most.
Advanced Maintenance have been supporting the childrens charity CLIK Seargant with donations for over two years now. We currently donate £2 to the charity for every feedback survey that our customers complete and send back to us. The more feedback we get, the more money we raise.

Advanced Maintenance at the Royal County of Berkshire show
Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd. had a patch once again this year at the Royal County of Berkshire Show held in Newbury on 18th /19th September 2010. This is the second time we have done the Newbury show and we decided this year to showcase a range of various green energy solutions such as solar heating and ground/air source heat pumps as well as the latest range of high effeciency natural gas, LPG and oil boilers made by Worcester Bosch. The staff from Advanced Maintenance manned the stand talking to the general public and handing out literature on the products and services we offer. We took dozens of enquiries from both domestic and commercial customers which made this years show even more than last year for Advanced Maintenance.
