Affordable Heating & Air, LLC opened in June of 2009. Locally owned and operated with over 17 years of industry experience, Affordable's owners and employees strive to meet the highest in customer care and satisfaction.

Our company specializes in all phases of heating, air conditioning, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and air quality products for residential homes. We now also offer GEO-thermal ground source heat pumps.

We service all brands of equipment and are proud to offer "American Standard " and 'Armstrong' as our primary system brands.

Our purchase of a furnace from Affordable Heating & Air was a good decision. The process of removing the old furnace and installing the new one was a smooth process and Tim and his crew left the area clean and orderly.

When we contacted Tim for a service call, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was very timely installing the part. We were without heat for a very brief period and for that we were very grateful. In addition he demonstrated knowledge and experience servicing our air conditioner and had our unit up and going in a short time when it failed. The service call rates are very reasonable.

When We needed a new heat and air unit for our Home we we're refered to Tim by friend's . He came over and gave us an estimate, we then checked around and decided to go with Affordable Heating and Air.

When Tim came over he told us what he was going to be doing and got the job done in no time at all. The following fall he came over and checked the unit to make sure it was ready for winter. We are very pleased with the work Tim and his crew did for us.

Our furnace went out New Year's Eve 2009 (a bitterly cold weekend). We called a company in town & after they worked on it for 1/2 the day, they couldn't get it working.

They said it would be after the holiday weekend before they could get the parts to finish it. A friend recommended we call Affordable Heating & Air to see what he could do. He stopped by around 8:00 that evening.

He drove to Omaha to pick up the part he needed on New Year's Day and had it running within a 1/2 hour. His price was much less than expected.
