Additional Information

Anderson’s Residential Heating & AC, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. Currently we have three generations hard at work to serve our customers and our community. George & Cheryl Whittenberger, husband and wife, purchased Anderson Heating & Cooling in the spring of 1996. George was an employee of the company for over 25 years and his wife Cheryl had many years of business management before their ownership of the company. Their children Doug and Jennifer are lead installers and their grandson Derek also works on a “on need basis” while waiting for his college classes to start.

Anderson’s Residential Heating & AC, Inc. was founded by the Anderson family in 1972, opening under the name of Northeast Sheetmetal originally located at 4347 Central Avenue NE in Columbia Heights, MN. In 1990, Mr. Anderson retired and his two sons, Ricky and Raymond, became the owners. At that time, Ricky and Raymond changed the company name to Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. The Whittenberger’s bought out the brothers in 1996, however Ricky Anderson continues to work for the company.

Cheryl Whittenberger, President/CEO of Anderson’s Residential Heating & A/C, Inc. firmly believes: Without U, there is NO Us! Anderson’s Residential Heating & AC, Inc. relocated to its current location in Spring Lake Park on January 1, 2011.
