In 1953 Jerry Bintz founded Bintz Heating. During the early years he employed 3 faithful men. The business was known for helping families with their needs. Jerry threw himself into his business to make it successful. He worked 6 days a week and went to the shop on Sunday to clean up and start a new week.

During the week he came home for a family dinner and then went out to make calls. Jerry handed the business over to his son Steve who had worked with him since high school. Steve and his wife Kathy worked to take over the business and keep it running. Jerry still helped by making sheet metal in the shop. Steve and Kathy are hard at work running the business and their eldest son Andrew is working with them as well.
