Up Front Pricing – We show you the price to perform the repair before the work is done.  No surprises on the repair to the system. Flat Rate Pricing – We charge by the job not by the hour to help save you money. Service and repair on all major equipment brands, not just Carrier. Emergency Service Available at an additional charge when your heating or cooling system quits working. Dispatched trucks stocked with inventory to save you both time and money.

Residential Installation We Feature
Free on-site, no obligation estimates on Carrier replacement equipment – with three choices to suit your specific needs. Free 10 year parts warranty on all equipment at no additional charge. Standard 1 year labor warranty on all installed equipment. Extended labor warranties for 5 and 10 years from Carrier available at an additional charge. A no surprises guarantee and size guarantee on all installed equipment. 100% satisfaction guarantee from Carrier on all equipment installations. Financing options available using Wells Fargo Financial.

We offer two clean, check, and inspections – one in the spring on the cooling system and one in the fall on the heating system, air cleaners, and humidifiers. 10-35% Savings on any needed repairs throughout the agreement year to save you money. $69 Diagnostic Fee for service when your system needs repairs. High efficiency mechanical air filters and humidifier pads available at an additional charge. Friendly reminders to schedule the prepaid portion of your maintenance agreement.
