High-Efficiency Hot Water Boiler Systems – Boilers are central heating systems that generate heat from one location in the house and distribute it via piping to the various rooms. The word boiler is somewhat confusing in that hot water systems do not actually boil the water. They typically heat it to about 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
