L&S Plumbing began as a Dallas-based contractor in 1985 and has grown over the years to have operations in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and the 380 Corridor (Melissa). In 2012, we became L&S Mechanical as we added electrical as part of our service offerings.

Additional Information

L&S Mechanical will provide a warranty on plumbing systems at no cost for a period of 12 months from closing. In addition we will also provide stoppage assistance for 30 days after the customer moves in for an added convenience. Any additional manufacturer's warranty or extended terms will be honored and facilitated through our customer service department per request.
