Morrison Heating & Cooling has a custom approach to Maintenance Services. We will provide a discount to Maintenance agreement Customers on all of our additional services***. Maintenance agreements are set about to enable keep equipment and HVAC systems running at optimal efficiency and performance. Our Basic Residential Maintenance consists of changing the air filters, checking standard procedure of the heating and/or cooling system, minor cleaning of equipment, adjusting operational controls, cleaning of exterior coil and standard preventive troubleshooting.

We also install custom heating, cooling, ventilation and water heating systems for custom home builds. We are flexible enough to offer any kind of system that is necessary for a custom house. Our design team can help with system selection and integration into a project. Morrison Heating & Cooling offers a custom approach to Maintenance Services. We also offer a discount to Maintenance agreement Customers on all of our other services***. Maintenance agreements can be set up to help keep equipment and HVAC systems running at optimal efficiency and performance. Scope of Maintenance agreements can be set up for anything from a filter change only to a custom, full service Maintenance**.

Our Basic Residential Maintenance consists of Changing the air filters, checking basic operation of the heating and/or cooling system, minor cleaning of equipment, adjusting operational controls, cleaning of outdoor coil and basic preventive troubleshooting. Basic Maintenance pricing*:1 visit (per year), Gas Furnace or Air conditioner/ Heat pump = $ 132.00,1 visit (per year), Oil Furnace ( includes Oil filter, Nozzle & belt also) = $ 165.00,2 visit (per year), Gas Furnace & Air conditioner/ Heat pump = $ 225.00/Yr. ($39 savings),2 visit (per year), Gas Furnace & Air conditioner/ Heat pump & Tank-less water heater = $ 265.00/Yr. ( $39 savings),Pricing is for Portland, OR Metro area ( out of area may include a travel charge). Includes up to 2 standard size 1" or 2" pleated filters ( Special size filters will be an extra charge).

Full service Maintenance's are an excellent option for spreading out and budgeting the cost of repairs and cleanings by including these in the maintenance. Some system requirements apply. Call or email for details.All Customers with a Maintenance Agreement are entitled to priority service and a 10% discount on Labor rate, Parts, equipment & travel charges. ( Normal Labor rate = $98.00/ Hour).
